Structure and characteristics
The permanent magnet synchronous motor for grinding equipment is composed of components such as stator, rotor, and end cover. The stator is basically the same as a regular induction motor and adopts a laminated structure to reduce iron loss during motor operation. The rotor can be made solid or laminated. The armature winding can adopt centralized full pitch winding, as well as distributed short pitch winding and unconventional winding.
It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high energy conservation, smooth operation, compact structure, and small space occupation, ensuring stable operation under various harsh working conditions.
