Lithium electric stirring

High speed motors usually refer to motors with a speed exceeding 10000r/min. They have the advantages of high motor power density, effective material saving, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and fast dynamic response due to their high speed, much smaller volume than ordinary motors, connection to the prime mover, elimination of traditional reduction mechanisms, and small inertia of high-speed motors.

Lithium electric stirring
High speed motor, also known as spindle motor, can be broadly referred to as electric spindle, high-speed electric spindle, etc. It usually refers to a motor with a speed exceeding 10000r/min, and currently the highest speed can reach 300000r/min.

High speed motors are further divided into: AC asynchronous motors, DC synchronous permanent magnet motors, BLDC brushless motors, BLDC variable frequency motors, etc.

Advantages of high-speed motors:

Due to its high speed, the motor has a high power density and a much smaller volume than ordinary motors of the same power, which can effectively save materials;

2. It can be connected to the prime mover, eliminating the traditional reduction mechanism, resulting in high transmission efficiency and low noise;

3. The high-speed motor has a small moment of inertia, so its dynamic response is fast.
